Policies
Pre-Assigned Paperwork:
As a new employee, there are several forms you will be asked to complete. This information will be used by MT to process your pay and to comply with EEOC regulations. Your MT representative will tell you which forms you will need to complete.
Time Slips:
Hours are recorded on a time slip for each work week. You will receive a time slip with your new employee paperwork. Make copies of the time slip for the following weeks. Fax your time slip to MT’s accounting department at 713-278-2962 by 5 p.m. Central on the Monday following each completed work week. Please make sure you have verified your hours and have the appropriate signatures.
Paychecks:
Paychecks are processed for distribution from MT’s corporate office in Houston , Texas , on 13 th day of every following month. You may chose from several options for receiving your paycheck:
– Regular mail (to your home address)
– Special mail (to another specified address overnight or 2 nd day air)
– Direct Deposit
There will be an extra charge for overnight and 2 nd day air packages.
Safety Concerns:
MT makes every effort to ensure that our client companies provide safe and healthy working environments. Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the safety rules of the client company to which you have been assigned. Should you have any safety concerns or question, please contact your MT representative.
Assignment Details and Completion :
While on assignment, you are actually a MT employee. MT is responsible for paying you and for processing all your tax contributions, rather than the client company at which you are working.
Contact your MT representative when your assignment ends. Your representative then work with you to place you on another assignment.
Address Change Notification :
Please notify us when your address changes. Your notification must be in writing. This can be done by e-mail or fax.
